Senior Process Associate - Credit Management O2C with Polish

Your Role

• Managing the daily operations of the O2C team, ensuring SLA/KPI compliance;
• Allocating tasks, balancing workload, and monitoring team performance;
• Overseeing billing accuracy, payment posting, reconciliations, and dispute management;
• Ensuring compliance with controls, policies, and audit requirements;
• Preparing operational dashboards and performance reports for internal and client governance;
• Supporting transitions, cross‑training, and onboarding activities.

Your Profile

• 3+ years of O2C experience with at least 1 year in a coordination or supervisory role;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Polish - C1 level
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and reporting tools;
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance or related field;
• Experience interacting with clients and managing escalations;
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
