HR Officer in Organizational Management with German

The HR Officer in Organizational Management with German will support Organizational Management activities for Germany. The role focuses on ensuring data quality in SuccessFactors and SAP HCM, supporting Organizational Management processes, managing the variable compensation process for eligible employees, ensuring Payroll Master Data quality, and contributing to projects and process improvements.

Role description:

• Perform plausibility checks and large-scale content validations to ensure data quality in SuccessFactors and SAP HCM;

• Provide nationwide centralized support and quality assurance for organizational management (including handling central reports, dashboards, and error analyses);

• Continuously improve processes and work instructions;

• Manage the process for variable compensation for all eligible employees in Germany (ATs, Executives, Senior Executives);

• Act as Data Quality Specialist for Germany, ensuring data quality related to the Payroll Master Data (PMD) system;

• Lead and actively contribute to projects (e.g., reorganizations, carve-outs).

Qualifications:

• You have B2 German & English language skills;

• Bachelor’s degree/ High school degree;

• Advanced knowledge and confident handling of SAP HCM;

• Advanced knowledge of payroll;

• Experience in HR administration is desirable;

• Ability to explain complex issues;

• You can solve urgent matters.
