As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will drive end-to-end recruitment activities across international markets while acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders. Your day may involve sourcing and engaging top talent, conducting interviews, analyzing labor market trends, sharing recruitment insights with stakeholders, and collaborating with the global Talent Acquisition community. You will play a key role in building talent pipelines, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and strengthening Siemens Energy's position as an employer of choice.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned business areas, from talent attraction through offer acceptance.
• Build and nurture talent communities aligned with current and future hiring needs.
• Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders, providing market insights and recruitment guidance.
• Proactively identify and engage talent through multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, referrals, and our ATS.
• Contribute to the Global Talent Acquisition community by sharing best practices and market intelligence.
• Promote diversity and inclusion by ensuring diverse candidate slates and equitable hiring practices.
• Conduct candidate assessments, phone screenings, and virtual interviews, providing timely feedback and recommendations.
• Enhance Siemens Energy's employer brand through positive candidate engagement and recruitment marketing activities.
• Monitor labor market trends, competitor activity, and recruitment innovations to continuously improve hiring outcomes.

What You Bring

• Proven international experience in Talent Acquisition, gained within an in-house, agency, or RPO environment, with a passion for connecting great talent with meaningful career opportunities.
• Strong sourcing and networking capabilities, leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn and other channels to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
• A data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate market insights and recruiting trends into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Excellent relationship-building skills, enabling you to establish credibility and trusted partnerships with hiring managers, candidates, and colleagues.
• High emotional intelligence, demonstrating empathy, self-awareness, and an ability to navigate diverse situations with professionalism and care.
• Curiosity and a growth mindset, with a genuine enthusiasm for learning, exploring new approaches, and continuously improving.
• A proactive and results-oriented attitude, taking ownership, showing initiative, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Danish, with strong communication skills that enable effective collaboration across international teams.
