Rollenübersicht

Wir suchen einen Business Development Specialist , der die weltweit wachsende Präsenz des Unternehmens im Industriesektor unterstützt. Die Rolle konzentriert sich auf Lead‑Generierung, Unterstützung bei Ausschreibungen, Stärkung der Kundenbeziehungen sowie die Positionierung von Blue Projects in internationalen Märkten, mit besonderem Fokus auf deutschsprachige Regionen.

Stellenbeschreibung

Business Development, Lead Generation & Outbound Prospecting

  • Identifizierung, Recherche und Qualifizierung neuer potenzieller Kunden in industriellen Sektoren (FMCG, Pharma, Schwerindustrie, Logistik, Produktion).
  • Aufbau und Pflege einer starken Outbound‑Pipeline durch proaktive Kontaktaufnahme (LinkedIn, E‑Mail, direkte Ansprache).
  • Verwaltung der Sales‑Pipeline mittels CRM‑Tools; Nachverfolgung von Outreach‑Aktivitäten, Lead‑Performance und Konversionskennzahlen.
  • Unterstützung bei Markterweiterungsinitiativen mit Schwerpunkt auf deutschsprachige Regionen.
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Targeting, Messaging und Outreach‑Strategien basierend auf Ergebnissen.

Ausschreibungen & Angebotsunterstützung

  • Koordination der vollständigen Ausschreibungserstellung (RFP/RFQ/RFI) als zentrale Ansprechperson für den Kunden.
  • Sicherstellung rechtzeitiger und koordinierter technischer, kaufmännischer und preislicher Beiträge für Angebotseinreichungen.
  • Gewährleistung der Einhaltung interner Prozesse, Kundenanforderungen und Abgabefristen.

Kunden- & Marktbearbeitung

  • Aufbau und Pflege starker Beziehungen zu bestehenden und potenziellen Kunden.
  • Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen zur Identifizierung von Trends und Chancen im Engineering- und Projektumfeld.
  • Steuerung von Pre‑Sales‑Aktivitäten sowie Follow-ups nach Angebotsabgabe im Rahmen des Account‑Management‑Plans.

Marketing & Markenunterstützung

  • Erstellung und Aktualisierung kommerzieller Materialien (Case Studies, Präsentationen etc.).
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Experten zur Erstellung von Thought‑Leadership‑Inhalten und Projektberichten.
  • Unterstützung digitaler Marketingkampagnen (LinkedIn, Mailings, Events) zur Steigerung der Sichtbarkeit und Lead‑Generierung.

Abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den technischen Bereichen, Projektmanagement, kaufmännische Verwaltung und Einkauf.
  • Abstimmung mit regionalen Führungskräften, um BD‑Aktivitäten an strategischen Schwerpunkten auszurichten.

Qualifikationen

  • Bachelorabschluss in Marketing, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich.
  • Mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung mit klarer Beteiligung an Ausschreibungsprozessen.
  • Starke Projektmanagement- und Organisationsfähigkeiten in einem dynamischen Umfeld.
  • Hervorragende schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office.
  • Fließend Englisch und Deutsch .
  • Hohe Genauigkeit und ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeiten.
  • Fähigkeit, selbstständig und im Team zu arbeiten.
  • Erfahrung mit Salesforce und SAP von Vorteil.
  • Bereitschaft zu lokalen und gelegentlichen internationalen Dienstreisen.
  • Flexibilität bei der Einhaltung von Kundenterminen, auch außerhalb regulärer Arbeitszeiten.
  • Fähigkeit, Entscheidungen in unklaren Situationen zu erleichtern.
