KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: o Active participation in the month-end closing activities and quarterly and annual business planning process; system related activities o Finance business partner to Commercial department (Sales) offering support to drive profitable growth with focus on discounts investment and customer profitabilityo Perform P&L simulations for customer proposalso Responsible for assisting in the construction and controlling of the discounts budget for assigned customerso Highlight the business management insights and report on financial performanceo Ensure regular communication with business partners to identify risks and opportunities within your area of responsibility with direct impact on P&Lo Work closely with the whole finance team to ensure accurate financial reportingo Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, Excel and Power BI dashboards
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS? o Over 2-3 years' experience in Financial Analysis or External Audit o Analytical (ex-ability to conduct financial analysis and see interconnections with business actions)o P&L understandingo MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint, SAP User, while Power BI is an advantageo Excellent English commando Ability to think outside the box, challenge process and rationaleo Ability to set and manage deadlines in a dynamic and challenging environmento Very good interpersonal and communication skillso Ability to make financial information "user friendly" to non-financial end userso Finance qualifications are a plus (ACCA/CIMA etc.)
