By being part of our teams, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00, fully from the office from Bucharest or Brasov for the first 6 month, followed by a hybrid setup.

Skills that make your work successful:

• You have advanced Hungarian level & advanced English language skills;
• Bachelor's degree or high school degree- mandatory requirement;
• For the Collections role: 1–3 years of previous experience in a similar Collections position is required;
• For the Accounts Payable role: previous experience in Finance is considered a strong advantage, along with strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail;
• You communicate easily;
• You are a team-player;
• You can solve urgent matters;
• You are reliable and proactive.

Responsabilitati

How you’ll make an impact:

Collections Analyst

• Manage customers’ expectations;
• Reconcile client’s accounts;
• Receive and analyze the queries from our customers and make sure that they make their payment in time;
• Work in various tools (such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Outlook or Excel);
• Solves situations related to policies and holders queries with the help of specific finance procedures;
• Develops good client relationships and raises in time the risks related to client management / satisfaction
• Subject to regular local supervision of progress against results.

Accounts Payable

• Processing invoices;
• Working in various applications (such as Oracle, SAP);
• Receiving and analyzing the invoices from suppliers;
• Making sure the invoices are registered and paid on time.
