Responsibilities:o Finance business partner for the function that you are working with.o Responsible for building and controlling the budget.o Providing meaningful analysis and reports for business decisions.o Monthly participating and active involvement in financial statement review before submission.o Performing variance analysis and provide explanations versus different periods.o Being part of the decision-making process for cross-functional decisions.o Looking for improvement and optimization solutions to reach cost efficiencies.o Being active part of cross functional teams for different projects.o Highlight to the management business insights. Requirements:o Bachelor degree in Finance.o At least 4 years of experience in Finance or External Audit.o Excellent English command.o ACCA/CIMA started represents a strong advantage.o P&L and Balance Sheet understanding, business scenario, profitability analysis.o MS Word/ Excel/ Power Point.o Highly analytical skills- ability to conduct detailed financial analysis.o Ability to think outside of the box and challenge processes.o Very good interpersonal and communication skills.o Ability to make financial information "user friendly" to non-financial end users.o Ability to set & manage deadlines in a dynamic and changing environment.
