Clinical Trial Assistant, Site Management - Romania

IQVIA seeks a Clinical Trial Assistant to provide administrative support for clinical research projects in Romania. The role involves maintaining clinical systems, managing documentation, coordinating trial supplies, and supporting site monitoring activities under supervision of clinical specialists.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain clinical systems tracking site compliance and project performance
• Prepare, file, and archive clinical documentation and reports per SOPs
• Track and manage Case Report Forms, queries, and clinical data flow
• Coordinate preparation and distribution of clinical trial supplies
• Serve as central contact for project communications and documentation

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent with 3 years administrative support experience
• Knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines for clinical research
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to build effective working relationships with team members and external contacts
