Regulatory and Start Up Specialist - Romania

IQVIA seeks a Regulatory and Start Up Specialist based in Romania to manage site activation activities for clinical studies. The role involves serving as a key contact between investigative sites and internal teams, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely project execution.
Responsibilities
- Serve as single point of contact between sites, Site Activation Manager, and project teams
- Prepare, review, and distribute site regulatory documents for accuracy and completeness
- Track progress and approval of regulatory, ethics, and Informed Consent Form documents
- Maintain internal systems and databases with project-specific information
- Monitor site performance and implement contingency plans as needed
Requirements
- Fluent Romanian language skills
- Knowledge of clinical trial regulations and standard operating procedures
- Experience with site activation and regulatory document management
- Proficiency in project tracking systems and databases
- Strong organizational and quality control capabilities
- Ability to coordinate across multiple internal and external stakeholders
