Contract Negotiator ( FSP) - Romania

IQVIA seeks a contract negotiator for clinical research operations in Romania. The role involves developing contracting strategies, managing trial site agreements, and providing legal and financial support to ensure compliance and efficient study initiation.
Responsibilities
- Develop investigator grants, contracting strategies, and proposal documentation
- Create contract language, payment terms, and budget templates for sponsors and studies
- Maintain contracting systems, tools, and processes aligned with project scope and strategy
- Provide legal, operational, and financial contracting support to study teams and site agreements
- Monitor contracting efficiency, timelines, financial goals, and report performance metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field or 5+ years clinical site contracting experience
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with ability to challenge positions
- Excellent legal, financial, and technical writing abilities
- Deep knowledge of regulated clinical trial environment and drug development
- Solid understanding of clinical trial contract management
- Fluent English proficiency
