About the Role
We are looking for German-speaking Customer Service & Sales Representatives to join an international team in Bucharest.
In this role, you will support German-speaking customers, understand their needs, provide effective solutions, and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products or services.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Understand customer needs and deliver appropriate solutions
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Identify and maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems
- Follow quality and customer satisfaction standards
- Collaborate with internal teams when required
Requirements
German: C1–C2 level
English: B2 or higher
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Customer-oriented and solution-focused mindset
- Good computer literacy and CRM skills
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
