- Studii superioare de specialitate
- Experiență într-un post similar constituie un avantaj
- Abilități puternice de leadership și comunicare, capabile să explice subiecte complexe într-un mod clar și concis
- Reziliență și eficiență sub presiune, cu capacitatea de a stabili priorități inteligente în medii dinamice.
- Cunoasterea la nivel experimentat a limbii engleze
- Cunoasterea software-urile de gestionare a relatiilor cu clientii (CRM)
- Coordoneaza activitatea de relatii clienti avand ca scop principal asigurarea satisfactiei acestora si mentinerea unor standarde inalte de calitate a produselor/serviciilor oferite acestora.
- Creaza si implementeaza proceduri clare pentru a asigura o calitate constanta a serviciilor oferite clientilor
- Gestioneaza situatii dificile cu clientii, intervine in rezolvarea reclamatiilor
- Identifica problemele si propune solutii pentru rezolvarea acestora
- Se ocupa de imbunatatirea satisfactiei clientilor
- Pregateste rapoarte privind satisfactia clientilor si performanta echipei
- Coordoneaza si monitorizeaza activitate montaj a produselor comercializate de societate, avand in subordine echipele de montaj.
