Business Development Consultant

Location: Bucharest, Romania

THE JOB

• Making outbound calls to potential clients and handling new sales inquiries.
• Presenting, promoting, and selling products and services in line with company standards and commercial policies.
• Collaborating with the Sales Manager to identify and develop optimal solutions for clients.
• Actively selling and upselling products using a consultative sales approach.
• Managing and nurturing a sales pipeline to ensure consistent performance.
• Building trust and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
• Maintaining a positive, professional, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Contributing to the overall performance and goals of the sales team.

THE PERSON

• University degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a self-motivated, positive mindset.
• High energy, self-confidence, and a proactive approach.
• Strong business sense and customer-oriented thinking.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Romanian and English.
