Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days on-site, 2 days remote

Languages: German C1–C2 + English B2

Salary: 5,969 RON net/month

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00

Contract: Full-time, permanent

About the Role

We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Advisor to join a dynamic customer service team in Bucharest. In this role, you will interact with customers through phone, email, and live chat, provide effective solutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
• Provide professional and solution-oriented customer support
• Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams and escalate complex cases when needed
• Identify and take advantage of cross-selling and upselling opportunities

Requirements

• C1–C2 level of German , both written and spoken
• B2 level of English for internal communication
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Good computer literacy and MS Office knowledge
• Customer service experience or experience handling customer interactions
• Experience using CRM systems is an advantage
• Proactive, patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach
• Comfortable with cross-selling/upselling
• Willingness to work 3 days on-site in Bucharest
• Full-time availability
