German Customer Advisor - Hybrid Role (Romania)

Key Compensation & Perks
- Guaranteed Take-Home Pay: 5,969 RON Net/month (5,569 RON base + 400 RON work-setup allowance)
- Meal Vouchers: 25 RON per worked day (loaded monthly via Pluxee Card)
- Extra Earnings: Earn monthly and quarterly bonuses based on performance, CSAT quality, and upselling opportunities
- Rare Overtime: Weekend work is exceptionally rare; any overtime carries a 25% premium rate
Work Schedule & Setup
- Schedule: Fixed Monday to Friday | 09:00–18:00 (No weekend shifts!)
- Hybrid Balance: 3 days on-site (Mon–Wed) at our District 4 office | 2 days Work From Home (Thu–Fri)
- Paid Training: 1 week of fully paid onboarding (Mon–Fri, 10:00–17:00)
- Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Contract
What We Are Looking For
- Language Skills: Advanced/C1–C2 German (written & spoken) and B2 English for internal team communications
- Location: Must be locally based and able to commute to our District 4 Bucharest office 3 days a week
- Customer Care: Experience or strong aptitude in handling phone, email, and live-chat interactions
- Skills: Proactive, empathetic, and solution-oriented with solid computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Growth Mindset: Comfort with helping customers, documenting interactions, and cross-selling relevant solutions
