Pentru clientul nostru, o companie stabila din domeniul constructiilor, caut un Specialist Resurse Umane care sa preia si sa dezvolte activitatea de HR intern.
Descriere
Organizezi si actualizezi structura organizationala (organigrama, functii, fise de post);
Planifici si monitorizezi necesarul de personal;
Coordonezi relatia cu furnizorii de servicii de recrutare;
Te ocupi de integrarea si evaluarea noilor angajati;
Administrezi documentele si dosarele de personal;
Asiguri conformitatea cu legislatia muncii;
Gestionezi pontajele, concediile si absentele;
Intocmesti statele de plata si calculezi drepturile salariale;
Coordonezi procesele de evaluare a performantei si dezvoltare profesionala;
Gestionezi relatia cu angajatii;
Coordonezi activitatile specifice de SSM, medicina muncii si conformitate HR (raportari ANAF si ITM, inregistrari in REGES Online etc.);
Elaborezi rapoarte si indicatori de performanta specifici activitatii de resurse umane.
Cerințe
Minimum 5 ani de experienta in domeniul resurselor umane, cu experienta relevanta in administrare de personal si salarizare;
Studii superioare economice finalizate;
Limba engleza la nivel mediu (conversational);
Cunostinte de operare PC (Microsoft Office).
