Customer Care Representative – Romania Direct Market

About the Role

At Boston Scientific, Customer Care is much more than customer support - it is a key operational partner ensuring hospitals and healthcare professionals receive the right products at the right time.

As a Customer Care Representative for the Romanian market, you will manage end-to-end order processes, coordinate urgent deliveries, solve operational challenges, and collaborate closely with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Operations teams in a dynamic international MedTech environment.

We are looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and taking ownership of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full order-to-cash process in SAP, including standard and urgent orders
• Support customers, hospitals, and the local sales team with inquiries, delivery coordination, and operational requests
• Monitor deliveries and cooperate with courier partners such as DHL, TNT, FedEx, and UPS
• Resolve order discrepancies, invoicing issues, returns, and delivery escalations
• Ensure excellent customer experience through timely communication and problem-solving
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Planning, Finance, Logistics, Quality, and Operations teams
• Maintain accurate records in SAP and CRM systems
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to process improvements and operational excellence initiatives

Requirements

• Experience in Customer Care, Order Management, Supply Chain, or a similar operational role
• Experience in MedTech, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries is an advantage
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on and proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
• Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems
• CRM knowledge (Service Cloud or similar tools) is a plus
• Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills
• Fluency in Romanian and English
