Sales Representative, Orthopedics - Bucharest

Responsibilities
- Promote and expand Orthopedics Trauma portfolio within Bucharest territory
- Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, healthcare professionals, and hospital stakeholders
- Organize and deliver product presentations, workshops, and demonstrations to customers
- Identify new business opportunities by analyzing customer needs and market trends
- Manage sales forecasts, tenders, proposals, and coordinate with internal teams for delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, Medicine, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of medical device sales experience with proven sales target achievement
- Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities with healthcare stakeholders
- Professional Romanian and English language proficiency, written and spoken
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel 70% within assigned territory
- Orthopedics or Trauma medical device sales experience preferred
