Why This Role Matters

As a Senior Agent Fleet Front Office, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient FleetOnlineSolutions (FOS) operations, providing effective support to fleet customers, Fleet Service Providers, and internal teams.

You will act as the local first-level support and Help Desk contact for FOS, supporting users, managing system administration, coordinating Back Office processes, and ensuring that activities are delivered in line with Goodyear standards, internal controls, SOX, and local legal requirements.

Working closely with Fleet customers, Fleet Service Providers, Sales, Network & Service, IT, Accounts Receivable, and the Back Office team in Romania, you will contribute to partner satisfaction, operational efficiency, system stability, and continuous process improvement.

What You'll Do

• Provide first-level FOS support: Act as the local Help Desk operator for Fleet customers and Fleet Service Providers, resolving day-to-day FOS queries, supporting users, managing user administration, and ensuring a smooth customer and partner experience.
• Manage FOS systems and processes: Maintain FOS frontend and backend settings and ensure that system configurations, processes, and master data are accurate and aligned with business requirements.
• Support customers, vendors, and Sales: Provide effective operational support for FOS, eJob, and FOS Mobile, helping Fleet customers, service providers, and Sales teams resolve issues and use the systems effectively.
• Coordinate Back Office and financial processes: Work closely with the Back Office team in Romania and Accounts Receivable, including supporting VIM invoice approval activities prior to invoice booking and ensuring smooth coordination of related processes.
• Manage eCasing and eClaims activities: Coordinate and support the end-to-end FOS eCasing and eClaims processes, ensuring timely follow-up, accurate information, and effective resolution of operational issues.
• Support system development and testing: Participate in testing activities and implementation of new system developments, working with IT and relevant business teams to identify issues, validate solutions, and support successful releases.
• Ensure compliance and continuous improvement: Monitor processes against internal requirements, SOX controls, and local legal requirements, while collaborating with Network & Service, Sales, IT, and external partners to improve systems, processes, and overall partner satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• Education and relevant experience: Bachelor's degree, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a support function such as Help Desk, customer service, operations, or a similar environment; previous experience with SAP is highly desirable.
• FOS and system expertise: Strong ability and willingness to develop a complete understanding of the FOS frontend application and related processes, with the capability to support users and train new colleagues and customers effectively.
• Technical and digital skills: Good PC literacy and practical experience with business systems, with knowledge of SAP SD and MM modules considered an advantage; ability to understand system settings, troubleshoot issues, and work with digital tools.
• Customer and partner focus: Strong customer-service mindset with the confidence to communicate directly with Fleet customers, Fleet Service Providers, and Sales teams, providing clear guidance and building positive working relationships.
• Analytical and detail-oriented approach: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, manage multiple requests, and ensure accurate and timely resolution.
• Ownership and resilience: Proactive, stress-resistant, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently without constant supervision, prioritize competing tasks, and take ownership of issues from identification through resolution.
• Communication and collaboration: Fluent English and strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, Back Office, IT, Accounts Receivable, Sales, Network & Service, and external partners while supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence.
