Who we are looking for

We are looking for a passionate and client-focused SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant to join our Human Capital team. If you enjoy solving complex HR technology challenges, collaborating with global clients, and delivering impactful SuccessFactors solutions, this role offers the opportunity to grow your expertise while working on international HR transformation programs.

As an Employee Central Consultant , you will play a key role in implementing, enhancing, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions that help organizations optimize their core HR processes, improve employee experience, and build a scalable digital HR foundation.

Required:

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Experience working with HRIS platforms, preferably cloud-based solutions such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Good understanding of core HR processes, employee lifecycle management, organizational structures, and HR best practices.
• Experience participating in implementation projects, enhancements, or AMS/support engagements.
• Experience configuring Employee Central components, including Business Rules, Workflows, Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, and Role-Based Permissions.
• Understanding of data migration concepts, imports, and data validation activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to facilitate client meetings and confidently present solutions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree.

Your future role

• Design, configure, implement, and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) solutions.
• Participate in end-to-end implementation projects, enhancements, and post-go-live support activities.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into scalable system solutions.
• Configure Employee Central functionalities, including:
• Foundation Objects
• Employee Data Model and Corporate Data Model
• Generic Objects (MDF)
• Business Rules
• Workflows
• Event Reasons and Event Reason Derivation
• Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
• Position Management
• Picklists
• Data Models and HRIS Elements
• Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS) configurations
• Basic Time Off and Time Sheet configurations (where applicable)
• Support data migration, validation, and data quality activities throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the SuccessFactors suite (Compensation, Performance & Goals, Succession, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Time Management, etc.).
• Conduct solution demonstrations, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions with clients.
• Support testing activities, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and defect resolution.
• Provide recommendations on HR best practices, process improvements, and system optimization.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and become a go-to advisor within your area of expertise.
• Work independently on assigned deliverables while collaborating effectively within a global project team.
• Stay up to date with SAP SuccessFactors releases and new Employee Central capabilities.
