Your Role
- Design and implement ECM solutions based on OpenText technologies
- Work with OpenText Content Server, xECM for SAP and/or AppWorks
- Integrate ECM platforms with clients’ business applications
- Ensure end‑to‑end information lifecycle management: creation, publication, archiving and deletion
- Analyze business requirements and challenges related to unstructured information
- Collaborate closely with clients and project teams using Agile methodologies (Waterfall when applicable)
- Support the management and development of ECM solution portfolios for clients
- Share knowledge within the team and support less experienced consultants through mentoring
Your Profile
- A university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related field
- Hands‑on experience working with ECM solutions
- Practical knowledge of OpenText platforms (Content Server, xECM for SAP, AppWorks)
- Experience working in software delivery projects using Agile methodologies (DevOps, SAFe are a plus)
- Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a focus on quality and sustainable delivery
Nice to have
- Experience with Cloud technologies, including Kubernetes and Docker
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices
- Experience in mentoring or supporting junior team members
