Project and Integration Support

• Support long-term consolidation and transformation projects.
• Maintain and track tasks, milestones, dependencies, and open action items.
• Assist with creating and updating project plans, status reports, and decision-making materials.
• Prepare and follow up on project meetings, workshops, and cross-functional alignment sessions.
• Document results, decisions, and next steps in a clear and structured manner.
• Collect, consolidate, and prepare information from different teams and business functions.
• Identify missing information, outstanding coordination needs, and potential schedule risks at an early stage.

Product Coordination

• Support organizational and coordination activities related to products and services.
• Assist with documenting processes, services, and product information.

Communications and Stakeholder Support

• Create and revise presentations, information materials, and status communications.
• Prepare complex project and product topics in a clear and audience-appropriate manner.
• Support the organization of information sessions, workshops, and team events.

Team and Organizational Support

• Help structure shared documents, repositories, and knowledge pages.
• Maintain templates, overviews, and reusable working materials.
• Conduct smaller research and analysis tasks.
• Support administrative and organizational activities in day-to-day operations.

• Currently enrolled in a degree program such as business administration, business informatics, project management, communications, or a comparable field.
• Interest in project work, digital products, IT services, and organizational transformation.
• Structured, thorough, and reliable way of working.
• Ability to organize several topics in parallel while keeping track of tasks and deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Enjoyment in presenting complex information in a clear and structured way.
• Confident use of Microsoft Office and collaboration applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken); German knowledge is an advantage.
• Initiative, willingness to learn, and a good understanding of different stakeholders and target audiences.
