• Experience: at least 6 months in financial/banking services

What will you be doing in this role?

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Performing day‑to‑day tasks related to banking activities using specialized software and tools, according to predefined manuals, policies, and procedures
• Offering support to the customers in German on topics related to various documents
• Sharing knowledge inside the team, creating and maintaining good communication relationships with all involved departments
