Technical Sales Representative - Romanian market

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and results-driven person from Romania to develop our market in Romania, to manage key accounts and to strengthen CELO’s presence in the Electrical & Mechanical and Other Construction segments.

The ideal candidate will identify new opportunities, manage key accounts, and collaborate across departments to drive sustained sales growth and strategic market positioning.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development

• Identify and establish contacts within the specified construction segments.

• Generate and manage leads through all stages (lead → opportunity → sale).

• Monitor and leverage key communication channels (in cooperation with Marketing),

• Maintain and optimize data in the CRM system in close collaboration with the Marketing team.

2. Key Account Management

• Contribute to annual sales and marketing plans for key accounts, covering product portfolios, forecasts, pricing, and competitor analysis.

• Drive sales growth by identifying high-potential projects and increasing end-user demand through established and new sales channels.

• Coordinate pricing and offers for business opportunities and projects.

• Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions based on business objectives.

• Represent CELO at industry events to increase visibility and strengthen customer relationships.

• Provide regular sales forecasts and data to Logistics and Management to support planning and performance monitoring.

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships across the organization.

3. Support for Management, Sales & Logistics

• Conduct and support comprehensive competitor and market analyses, including pricing trends, product introductions, and promotional activities.

• Evaluate lost opportunities and support actions to enhance future performance.

• Assist in pricing strategies, proposal preparation, contract negotiations, and maintaining price lists.

• Contribute to annual financial planning and sales forecasts.

• Support logistics with special customer or supplier requests.

• Provide input for product development, based on market applications and technical requirements.

• Prepare regular management reports (monthly, quarterly) and assist with strategic initiatives, campaigns, and ad hoc tasks.

Nice to have

• Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

• Fluent English, Romanian, Hungarian

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within Electrical, Construction and Mechanical sectors.

• Strong ability to manage complex sales processes and long-term customer relationships.

• Proficiency with CRM systems and data management.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and strategic approach.
