FIELD REPRESENTATIVE - POS OPERATIONS (M/F)

Now it’s Romania’s turn — and this is your chance to help grow one of Europe’s leading fintech platforms in a new market, with the backing and direction of a proven European fintech.

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Field Representative – POS Operations to make sure Aircash looks great and works great at every point of sale across Romania.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit retail locations daily to ensure excellent execution at the point of sale
• Monitor and improve Aircash visibility, branding and promotional materials in stores
• Support the implementation of trade marketing activities and campaigns across Romania
• Build strong day-to-day relationships with store staff and retail partners
• Train and support retail staff on Aircash products and services
• Track competitor presence and activities and share insights with the team
• Report field results in a structured way through reporting tools and applications

Qualifications you bring:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in field sales, merchandising or retail execution
• Experience visiting multiple retail locations daily
• Experience working with merchandising agencies is considered an advantage
• Familiarity with reporting tools and field reporting applications
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and reporting discipline
• Strong communication skills, problem-solving and customer orientation
• Flexible, hands-on mentality with a positive attitude and a high level of accountability
• Fluent Romanian and English (written and spoken)
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively within Romania

Salary:

Monthly gross salary: 12,500 – 14,000 RON, depending on experience.
