ALM Consultant (Polarion&Windchill)

We are looking for an  ALM Consultant (Polarion & Windchill) for our IT Solution Engineering Department  in Timișoara.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the lead consultant and trusted advisor for PTC Windchill RV&S and Siemens Polarion;
• Consults the business to define effective solutions for managed application requests and requirements focusing on standardization, harmonization and globalization to increase efficiency (synergies, costs) of IT infrastructure, applications and support model;
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable ALM solutions and process improvements;
• Act as the interface between business stakeholders, development teams, and IT;
• Coordinating the team of Teamcenter  solution experts/consultants in ALM (Polarion/ Windchill);
• Responsible for high level architecture design as it relates to specific architecture of solution in the context of IT landscape;
• Creates functional specifications by describing the requirement, solution at the requirement, process and end-user level (e.g. Mock-up) to enable the implementer to finalize the functional specification.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
• Understanding of compliance frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 26262, IEC 62304, ASPICE);
• Hands-on experience with PTC Windchill RV&S and/or Siemens Polarion;
• Experience with systems and software development processes, Requirements Management, Configuration Management, Change & Release Management, Task Management, Defect Management, Document Management;
• Experience with integrations between ALM, PLM, ERP, SCM, and DevOps platforms;
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills, process oriented thinking and analytical skills;
• Excellent English skills; German language skills are an advantage.
