PLM Consultant_ PLM_to_ALM Integration

We are looking for a  PLM Consultant_ PLM_to_ALM Integration for our IT Solution Engineering Department  in Timișoara.

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement PLM to ALM integration strategies and architectures;
• Design and deliver PLM integrations with enterprise systems and engineering toolchains;
• Design and deliver ALM integrations across software and systems engineering environments;
• Plan and execute PLM migration projects, including data and process migration;
• Define and manage PLM–ALM coexistence scenarios in heterogeneous system landscapes;
• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions;
• Ensure integration, data quality, governance, and end-to-end traceability across platforms;
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to best practices, methodologies, and innovation initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
• Professional experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) consulting;
• Experience with Siemens Teamcenter (product Lifecycle System), Siemens Polarion (Application Lifecycle System, or similar platforms;
• Experience with systems and software development processes;
• Experience with integrations between PLM, ERP, SCM;
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills, process oriented thinking and analytical skills;
• Excellent English skills; German language skills are an advantage.
