German-speaking Player Support Specialist in Sofia - Gaming

Your gaming knowledge could become your next career move.

Love games like League of Legends and VALORANT ? Why not turn that interest into an international job in Sofia?

We're looking for a German-speaking Player Support Specialist to join a global gaming support team. You'll help players solve problems, navigate their accounts and get back to enjoying their games — while building valuable experience in the gaming and tech industry.

Your Role

As a Player Support Specialist, you'll be the person players turn to when something isn't working as expected.

You'll:

• Support German-speaking players primarily via email
• Help with account, gameplay and technical questions
• Investigate issues and find the best possible solutions
• Explain processes and solutions clearly and professionally
• Make sure players receive a positive support experience

You'll receive training and ongoing support, so you don't need to be a gaming support expert from day one.

Get Into the Gaming & Tech World

This isn't just about answering emails.

You'll gain hands-on experience with major gaming platforms, digital products, player communities and technical problem-solving — giving you a great foundation for a future career in gaming, technology or customer experience.

Whether you're looking for your first international job or planning a gap year abroad , this could be a pretty good place to start.

✈️ Relocation to Sofia

Moving from Germany? You'll receive support to make the transition easier, including:

• Financial assistance with transportation to Bulgaria
• Hotel accommodation
• Support with initial rent
• Help finding a long-term home
• Fully paid training
• Ongoing relocation support
