Junior Full Stack Developer | Iasi / Remote (Romania)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain features in line with the existing product architecture.

• Write clean, maintainable code and unit tests.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to code quality.

• Work with the team to troubleshoot and solve technical challenges.

• Contribute to solution design discussions.

• Analyze data, identify anomalies, and share findings with stakeholders.

• Communicate risks, dependencies, and blockers in a timely manner.

• Provide effort estimates for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.

General Responsibilities

• Work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to support business goals.

• Contribute to a collaborative and positive team environment.

• Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver high-quality results.

• Support additional activities when needed to meet business requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

• 1+ year of hands-on software development experience in a professional environment.

• Working knowledge of Node.js, SQL/NoSQL databases, RESTful services, and Regex.

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

• Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving requirements.

• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Software Development or a related field.

• Certifications in relevant technologies (JavaScript, Node.js, Front-End Frameworks, Algorithms, etc.).

• Experience working in e-commerce, shared economy, or SaaS environments.

• Exposure to project management.
