Role overview
SAP DRC / eDocument Support Consultant (L2/L3) with experience in PEPPOL BIS Billing 3.0, SAP ECC integration with DRC Cloud Edition, and XML/Schematron error resolution.
Responsible for operational monitoring, issue resolution, compliance support, master data maintenance, and root cause analysis to ensure uninterrupted electronic document processing and regulatory compliance.
