Main responsabilities:

• Performs the translation from English into Romanian of the documentation related to the state aid reimbursement request for the new STADA packaging and manufacturing facility in Turda (RFQs, offers, team reports, agreements, permits, licenses, Technical Specifications, etc.). 
  • Carries out the translation from English into Romanian of relevant global policies, procedures, and communications. 
  • Carries out the translation and revision of any other documents requested by the associates for company needs, from/ into English and from/ into Romanian. 
  • Acts as interpreter from/ into English and from/ into Romanian, during the local Townhall meetings. 
  • Responsible for revising translations of the global news and cross-publishing them on the Romanian homepage of the Intranet, and for the translation of the static pages/megamenus of the Intranet. 
  • Carries out travel, transfer, and accommodation arrangements for the Director of the unit, cluster and global management and other guests. 
  • Assists with office and administrative tasks as needed. 
  • Ensure immediate and efficient communication to Site Head of all aspects related with the site. 
  • Ensure immediate communication to Site Head of any information received from Global organization 
  regarding events, logistics or general information received. 
  • Provides necessary administrative support for the organization of events (catering, protocol, 
  preparing meeting rooms, transfers, etc.).
