STADA M&D SRL is located in Bucharest and Turda. It has a varied portfolio, offering patients both innovative and generic drugs, over-the-counter drugs, specialized pharmaceuticals (biosimilar), and CHC (Customer Health Care) products.

Production Planner

| Romania (RO) | Full-time | Procurement, Supply Chain & Logistics | All target groups

Major Responsabilities:

Responsible for providing expertise in planning processes, and SAP/APO functionality, to enable valid Production Plans to be created, maintained, and delivered.

• Monthly collaboration with the global Supply Planners to receive the Supply Plan and understand the major Project, Product and Demand assumptions for the current year + next year time horizon.
• Monthly validation of the global Supply Plan through the SLT Site Supply Review process. Identification of Issues, Risks and Opportunities with feedback to the global Supply Planner.
• Weekly collaboration with the global Supply Network Planner to ensure a successful conversion of the global Supply Plan
• Weekly development and maintenance of a valid SKU-level Site Production Plan, within the planning time fence using SAP MPS and APO PPDS system functionality in combinations with Capacity Requirements Planning (CRP).
• Weekly “handover” the short-term horizon of the Production Plan (e.g. first 1-2 weeks) to Shop Floor Schedulers for detailed scheduling/optimization followed by execution and on-time delivery under the responsibility of the Operations Teams.
• Daily monitoring, in collaboration with the Operations team, of actual production/testing vs. schedule through attendance at Tier 2 meetings.
• Weekly and monthly Capacity Requirements Planning (CRP) to continuously validate available capacity vs. required capacity and to ensure that the Site Supply Plan and the Site Production Plan are always valid.

• Weekly collaboration with the Supply Network Planners as part of the Sales and Operations Execution process, for the management of short-term plan changes. Provide feasibility assessments for changes to the Production Plan.
• Additional accountabilities of Production planner may include Master data maintenance and regular review, data maintenance for Global ePP, participation in different  projects within Stada group, daily collaboration with other departments etc.
