A Day in the Life

As our Media Lead , you will orchestrate the media strategy and digital ecosystem for the brands within our Professional Products Division (PPD). Reporting directly to the division's Digital Manager, you will combine a strategic full-funnel vision with tactical execution to turn data into actionable commercial growth. Your daily activities will be focused on:

• Lead Full-Funnel Media Strategies: You will design and execute robust investment plans for Media, Search, and SEO, ensuring complete alignment with L’Oréal Golden Rules, ROE, and the CDMO framework to boost brand visibility and conversions.
• Accelerate Retail Media & Data (1P/2P): You will drive Retail Media activations to optimize conversion rates, while prioritizing continuous 1P data collection and leveraging 2P data to maximize campaign precision.
• Champion DDX & CRM Experiences: You will shape the strategic direction for CRM campaigns, implementing personalized communication assets, and running continuous optimization tests (A/B testing, audience segmentation) to drive lead generation.
• Own Budget & Performance Analytics: You will manage complex media budgets, monitor ROI/ROAS, and utilize internal and external digital reporting tools to deliver sharp, data-driven insights to key stakeholders.
• Nurture Key Partnerships: You will lead the relationship with our local media agency and external vendors, ensuring high-performing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
• Foster Digital Transformation: You will collaborate closely with digital, e-commerce, and brand teams to integrate media strategies across the consumer journey, while leading media upskilling sessions for the division and commercial partners.

We Are Looking For

We are looking for an agile, analytical, and strategic thinker who is ready to drive our digital transformation and elevate our media ecosystem. To succeed in this role, you have:

• Proven Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a media agency or marketing department (FMCG, Consumer Electronics, Fashion/Beauty).
• Digital Media Expertise: Strong skills in planning and optimizing digital media campaigns across key platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Retail Media).
• CRM & DDX Track Record: Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing CRM and Data-Driven Experience strategies.
• Financial & Analytical Acumen: Experience managing complex budgets, tracking ROI/ROAS, and utilizing digital reporting platforms or Gen AI tools.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and a proven track record of managing agency and vendor relationships.
• Agility and Problem-Solving: An adaptable mindset with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment, combining analytical thinking with creative problem-solving.
