Lead Expert Reporting and Analytics for the S4E Transformation Program

A Snapshot of Your Day

To support the next phase of the S4E Transformation Program, this Lead Expert role is being created to establish and lead a scalable, sustainable reporting and analytics capability. This position will act as a central partner to program leadership, ensuring consistent transparency and data-driven decision-making across all program streams. To address this business need, the role focuses on three core areas: the strategic design and development of executive dashboards and reporting solutions, the governance of KPIs and reporting standards to ensure data consistency, and the execution of in-depth data analysis to monitor performance and deliver actionable insights. Given the focus on creating a future-ready reporting landscape, the ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in PMO reporting and business intelligence within large-scale transformation programs. Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling and DAX, coupled with exposure to SAP S/4HANA rollout program / projects, is essential for success.

How You Will Make an Impact

• 50% Reporting Strategy & Dashboard Development
• Design, build, and maintain program-wide reporting solutions and executive dashboards using Power BI to ensure transparency of performance, milestones, and risks.
• Translate complex program and SAP data from various sources into clear, actionable visualizations for S4E leadership, factory leads, and rollout teams.
• Continuously improve and automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency, data availability, and user experience for all stakeholders.
• 30% KPI Governance & Standards Management
• Define, harmonize, and govern key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting standards across all program areas to ensure consistency and reliability of management information.
• Establish and maintain data quality requirements and validation processes to uphold the integrity of the reporting landscape.
• Act as the central point of contact for S4 Leadership and delivery organizations on all matters related to reporting definitions and standards.
• 20% Data Analysis & Performance Insights
• Analyze program, rollout, and operational data to identify trends, dependencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide data-driven recommendations and analytical insights to support effective program steering and strategic decision-making.
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses and deep-dive reports for program management to address specific business questions.

What You Bring

• University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a comparable field.
• 5+ years of experience in Reporting, Business Intelligence, PMO Reporting, or Data Analytics, preferably within large-scale IT, ERP, or transformation programs.
• Knowledge of business intelligence and analytics, including advanced Power BI, data modeling, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), data visualization, and analytical skills to transform complex data into actionable insights and support data???driven decision???making.
• Experience in program and process management, including PMO reporting, KPI management, process improvement, and stakeholder management to support effective governance, performance monitoring, and the successful delivery of business objectives.
• Expertise in relevant business and technology domains, including SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, Agile methodologies, and troubleshooting and problem???solving to support successful transformation initiatives, effective project delivery, and continuous improvement.
