What defines you:
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics;
• 3-5 years of experience, preferably in consulting;
• Solid accounting and fiscal knowledge;
• CECCAR accreditation is desirable;
• Advanced in using English and Excel, with a willingness to learn new digital tools;
• Strong self-management and organizational skills;
• Adaptable to different business contexts and client needs.

Responsabilitati

You career journey at BDO:

As a Senior Accounting Consultant at BDO you will be engaged in the following key activities:
• Analyze client organization dynamics to identify specific accounting needs and provide strategic insights;
• Perform accounting operations, including statutory bookkeeping, preparation of financial statements, and monthly statutory and management reporting in compliance with local regulations;
• Support clients during audits and regulatory inspections, preparing documentation and liaising with authorities as needed;
• Mentor and review junior and experienced colleagues, promoting accountability, trust, and proactive problem-solving;
• Enhance client services and internal workflows through process optimization and digital transformation projects, collaborating closely with the team.
