Tax Practical Experience | M&A team

Who we are looking for

• Student in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Law, or a related field;
• Interest in taxation, mergers and acquisitions and transaction advisory services;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team setting;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is an advantage;
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.

Your future role

• Support the team in M&A tax advisory and transaction projects;
• Assist with tax research and analysis related to corporate restructurings, acquisitions, and divestitures;
• Contribute to the preparation of reports, presentations, and client deliverables;
• Support tax due diligence processes by collecting, organizing, and analyzing financial and tax information;
• Help identify potential tax risks, opportunities, and implications arising from transactions;
• Participate in meetings and collaborate with internal teams and clients;
• Stay informed about developments in tax legislation, market trends, and M&A practices.
