What You’ll do:

• Manage daily banking operations related to client and merchant onboarding, current accounts, savings accounts, and term deposits, including maintenance and servicing activities.

• Perform back-office and first-line-of-defense activities, including checks, validations, approvals, processing, and support for the branch network.

• Handle and process account seizures and garnishments, in line with applicable regulations and internal procedures.

• Actively contribute to projects involving the implementation of new products and operational processes.

• Prepare business requirements and test scenarios, participate in testing and UAT activities, and ensure procedures are updated accordingly.

• Perform activities related to reporting, internal controls, SLA monitoring, and reconciliations.

• Support the preparation, validation, and daily processing of the ANAF B101 report, including related change requests.

• Proactively identify and propose process improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and internal controls.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Relevant experience in banking operations, particularly with current accounts, savings accounts, and term deposits.

• Good knowledge of banking regulations and legislation applicable to account operations and garnishments.

• Hands-on experience with client onboarding, KYC processes, and dormant accounts.

• Previous involvement in banking projects, including new product launches, testing, and UAT activities.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities.

• A proactive mindset, with a willingness to learn, develop, and continuously improve processes.

• Experience with ANAF B101 reporting would be considered a plus.

• Good command of English.
