Senior Full Stack .NET Developer

For  our business partner —  a leading company in the digital payments space — we’re hiring a  Senior Full Stack .NET Developer to help build and enhance a modern digital wallet used daily by thousands of users. The platform enables people to manage, move, and spend their money seamlessly, supporting instant card‑to‑card transfers, P2P payments, cash deposits, bill and tax payments, vehicle management, loyalty cards, insurance policies, travel eSIMs, and a growing catalogue of digital goods and gift cards.

In this role,  you’ll work across the stack using .NET/Core . Angular 2+, TypeScript, and modern cloud technologies. You’ll contribute to architectural decisions, develop new platform features, improve existing functionality, and ensure the performance and reliability of a high‑traffic financial system.

This is a  fully remote role open to candidates across  Romania, with the option to collaborate on  CIM or B2B.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product and Project Managers to align technical work with business priorities.

• Participate in architectural design and contribute to development standards.

• Develop new platform functionality and enhance existing features across backend and frontend.

• Monitor platform health, performance, and reliability.

• Perform hands‑on full‑stack development using .NET/Core, Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

• Investigate issues, research solutions, and collaborate with the team to resolve complex problems.

• Learn and adopt new tools and technologies required for successful delivery.

• Analyze business use cases and technical requirements; design, build, and integrate internal and external functionalities.

• Ensure code quality through clean coding practices, documentation, and adherence to standards.

• Contribute actively to team development efforts — understanding the system by helping build it.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in software development (backend + frontend).

• BS/BA in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

• Proven experience as a senior software developer.

• Strong backend experience:

  • .NET Framework (4.x), .NET Core / .NET 6+

  • MVC / Web API

  • IIS

  • SQL Server (2012+)

  • CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.)

• S trong frontend experience: 1–2+ years of experience building complex web applications using A ngular  or similar  JavaScript frameworks.

• Ability to work effectively with coding agents (Claude Code, ChatGPT, etc.) for prompt design, agent configuration, code generation, debugging, testing, and workflow automation.

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
