We are looking for a dedicated Senior FullStack Developer to join our team in Bucharest!

What You'll get to do:

• Own the design, development, and delivery of complex features and automation solutions across the stack.

• Define, enforce, and continuously improve internal coding standards, operational processes, and best practices.

• Refactor, optimize, and extend existing codebases and automation scripts with a focus on maintainability, performance, and scalability.

• Lead code reviews, set quality expectations, and mentor junior and mid-level colleagues.

• Ensure comprehensive testing and documentation across owned areas.

• Take ownership of incident management, CI/CD pipelines, and operational support, including root cause analysis and prevention.

• Drive technical decisions and contribute actively to architectural discussions and long-term technical direction.

• Break down complex initiatives into deliverable tasks, provide reliable estimates, and communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.

• Handle high-complexity incidents end to end and act as an escalation point for the team.

• Share knowledge proactively and contribute to the team's overall technical growth.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of professional experience in fullstack development.

• Expert-level knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, REST API design, and automation.

• Deep understanding of OOP principles, design patterns, data structures, and system design fundamentals.

• Proficiency with Git, Linux environments, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Proven track record of improving code quality, test coverage, and development processes.

• Strong communication skills, including mentoring, giving structured feedback, and cross-team collaboration.

• Ability to work fully autonomously, take ownership, and drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

• Advanced English (writing and speaking).
