Senior Full Stack Developer (.NET & AI)

Primary Functions and Tasks:  

• Drive innovation across the ABS+ product by identifying and implementing modern technologies and intelligent solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend, backend, and database components.

• Build and enhance .NET REST APIs, business services, and enterprise integrations.

• Design reusable, maintainable, and high-performing application architectures.

• Leverage AI technologies to automate processes, improve user experiences, and create new product capabilities.

• Design, develop, and optimize AI use cases, AI Agents, and prompt-driven workflows.

• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to keep the product modern and competitive.

• Optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and application performance.

• Support cloud, platform, framework, and database upgrade initiatives.

• Drive CI/CD, DevOps automation, and engineering best practices.

• Investigate complex technical issues and provide sustainable solutions.

• Mentor team members and contribute to technical leadership within the development team.

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams.

• Ensure high standards for quality, security, scalability, and maintainability.

We are looking for:   

• 5+ years of experience in full stack development using .NET and modern frontend technologies.

• Strong expertise in C#, .NET, REST APIs, SQL Server, and software architecture.

• Experience building scalable and maintainable enterprise applications.

• Strong understanding of design patterns, system integration, and software engineering best practices.

• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to transform business requirements into reliable technical solutions.

• Excellent English communication skills.

AI & Innovation Skills

• Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-driven software solutions.

• Experience with Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, and Agentic AI concepts.

• Ability to design and implement AI use cases that create measurable business value.

• Knowledge of RAG, semantic search, vector databases, and AI orchestration frameworks.

• Experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications and workflows.

• Strong awareness of Responsible AI, security, and data privacy principles.

• Passion for exploring and adopting emerging AI technologies.

Nice to Have

• Experience within Banking, Financial Services, or Capital Markets.

• Experience with Angular, TypeScript, or similar frontend frameworks.

• Familiarity with Azure, Azure AI Services, and cloud-native architectures.

• Experience with AI frameworks.

• Experience with database migrations, SQL Server upgrades, backup and disaster recovery concepts.

• Exposure to monitoring, observability, and performance optimization tools.

• Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
