HR internship - Marquardt

Are you a student passionate about Human Resources and eager to gain hands-on experience in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition ? Join our HR team in Marquardt Business Services in Sibiu for an exciting internship where you'll learn from experienced recruiters and be involved in real recruitment projects.

As an HR Recruitment Intern , you will:
? Support the recruitment process and candidate management
? Manage recruitment funnel (CVs screening, interviews scheduling and candidates communication)
? Get involved in employer branding initiatives and career events

? Collaborate on setting up recruitment data visualization (reports, dashboards in PowerBI etc)

? Work in a flexible schedule according to your availability

What we're looking for:
? A student or recent graduate in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field
? English is a must
? German is a nice to have

? Good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

? Strong communication and organizational skills
? You're curious, proactive, organized, and eager to learn

? A valid internship agreement (practice convention) with your university is required (unpaid internship)
