Recruiting Specialist | International Recruitment (F/M) - Marquardt

We are looking for a Recruiting Specialist, based in Sibiu, who will support the growth of our teams across Romania, Germany & Tunisia. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes for a broad range of positions, with a strong focus on technical and engineering profiles, while collaborating with stakeholders from different countries and business areas.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs across Romania, Germany & Tunisia, focusing on technical, engineering and specialist roles

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, engaging both active and passive candidates

• Create and refine job descriptions in line with evolving business requirements

• Apply diverse recruiting strategies, with a focus on active sourcing (LinkedIn) and innovative candidate attraction methods

• Review and evaluate resumes and applications

• Conduct structured phone, video and competency-based interviews within defined timelines

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including the offer stage, in partnership with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners

• Track recruitment KPIs and prepare relevant reports

• Support recruitment activities across multiple countries, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience

Candidate profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field

• English language skills: minimum B2 level (C1 preferred) - mandatory

• German and/or French language skills represent a strong advantage

• Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience in local and/or international environments

• Proven experience in technical recruitment and direct sourcing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Microsoft Excel for reporting and recruitment data analysis)

• Experience with Microsoft PowerBI represents a strong advantage

• Ability to conduct structured and competency-based interviews

• Hands-on experience with various selection methods and recruitment tools

• Strong communication, stakeholder management and decision-making skills

• Passion for recruitment trends, tools and innovative sourcing methods

• Experience in recruiting across multiple countries and collaborating with international stakeholders represents an advantage
