Job Description

This job will be part of the Keysight IT Global Network Center of Excellence (COE) organization, which takes pride in providing reliable, high-performance, secure and cost-optimized IT networks at 130+ global sites.
We are the backbone on which bits and bytes travel at amazing speeds to enable Keysight’s businesses growth and operations.

Rsponsabilities

Develop, maintain and iteratively improve automated solutions at scale to support the needs of the global network operations and implementation teams.
Build automated processes that eliminate manual steps in configuring network devices.
Work with other IT groups to identify requirements and build tools and automations to enhance network-related functions across IT.
Participate in network projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of existing processes and automation.
Build workflows for configuration, verification, health checking and monitoring of global network infrastructure.
Conduct research, design, and collaborate with other IT automation engineers to build end-to-end automation solutions across enterprise IT operations.
Create and make available project documentation with focus on communicating technical features and functions of the automated solutions to members of different teams.

Job Qualifications

We’re looking for a diversely skilled, experienced network engineer with these qualifications:

BS in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent certification and/or experience
3-5 years of hands-on network and security experience.
Strong focus on scripting and tools such as Ansible, Python, Perl, PowerShell, etc.
Excellent documentation/technical writing skills
Strong troubleshooting skills
