Recrutăm Operations Manager Supply Chain & Warehouse
Căutăm un manager cu experiență în operațiuni complexe, care să coordoneze echipele de Supply Chain și Depozit și să dezvolte procesele necesare pentru creșterea companiei.
Responsabilități principale:
- Coordonarea activităților de aprovizionare, gestiune a stocurilor și depozitare;
- Planificarea aprovizionării în funcție de estimările de vânzări și necesarul comercial;
- Optimizarea stocurilor, reducerea rupturilor de stoc și a suprastocurilor;
- Monitorizarea importurilor, termenelor de livrare și relației cu furnizorii și partenerii logistici;
- Îmbunătățirea fluxurilor de recepție, depozitare, pregătire și expediere a comenzilor;
- Definirea și urmărirea indicatorilor de performanță, productivitate și cost;
- Implementarea proiectelor de optimizare, digitalizare și automatizare, inclusiv prin ERP/WMS;
- Coordonarea și dezvoltarea echipelor, în colaborare directă cu CEO-ul și managementul companiei.
Cerințe:
- Minimum 7 ani de experiență în Operations, Supply Chain sau Logistică, dintre care minimum 3 ani într-un rol managerial;
- Experiență într-o organizație cu operațiuni de amploare, volume mari și un portofoliu diversificat de produse;
- Experiență practică în coordonarea simultană a activităților de Supply Chain și Warehouse/Logistics;
- Rezultate demonstrabile în optimizarea sau reorganizarea proceselor operaționale;
- Cunoștințe solide de planificare, management al stocurilor, importuri și operațiuni de depozit;
- Experiență cu sisteme ERP/WMS și cunoștințe avansate de Excel și analiză operațională;
- Abilități de leadership, organizare și implementare a schimbării.
Experiența în distribuție, FMCG, beauty, pharma, food, home care, retail sau e-commerce constituie un avantaj.
