Vous êtes expérimenté ou attiré par l’expertise de production de paie française, vous étés rigoureux(se) et bien organisé(e), rejoignez-nous pour travailler dans un environnement francophone, auprès de collègues passionnés et inspirés !
Responsabilités:
Sa fonction est d’assurer la gestion de la paie des clients, et des déclaratifs associés, en respect des engagements contractuels et en parfaite connaissance du contexte client:
- Gérer la relation avec le client, en fonction de son propre portefeuille client
- Appliquer scrupuleusement les normes qualitatives et législatives
- Assurer la gestion de la paie des clients, et des déclaratifs associés, en respect des engagements contractuels (délais, qualité, pertinence, etc) et en parfaite connaissance du contexte client
- Assurer le traitement des bulletins de paie conformément à la législation française en vigueur, à l’aide de l’outil de paie
- Assurer la gestion administrative du personnel (entrées/sorties, absences, congés, RTT, etc) ;
- Réaliser des contrôles déclaratifs mensuels, trimestriels et annuels
- Rapporter à sa hiérarchie (adresser les fiches de suivi d’activité, remonter les alertes, préparer les point réguliers)

Profil
Compétences:
- Candidats juniors avec expérience dans le domaine de la paie française - constitue un avantage
- Bonnes aptitudes de communication en français – B1-B2 (interaction avec les clients/ les collègues en France/organismes sociaux)
- Connaissances de base en droit du travail français – serait un plus
- Rigueur, organisation, assiduité, dynamisme, motivation
