Location: Cluj-Napoca, Rumänien

Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten
Analysieren des Beschaffungsmarkts und eigenständiges Führen von Verhandlungen mit Lieferanten
Durchführung von Ausschreibungen (RfX), Auswahl und Bewertung der am besten geeigneten Bieter, inklusive Kommunikation und Klärung von Anfragen
Vertragsabschluss und -umsetzung in Systemen/SAP, einschließlich Erstellung und Verwaltung von Bestellungen
Überwachen von Lieferterminen, Erinnerungsmanagement sowie Bearbeitung von Rücksendungen und Reklamationen
Prüfen und Optimieren von Dienstleistungsverträgen auf Markttauglichkeit und Einhaltung der Beschaffungsrichtlinien
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern zur Sicherstellung einer effizienten und wirtschaftlichen Beschaffung
Profil & Anforderungen
Bachelor-Abschluss oder gleichwertige Qualifikation in Beschaffung, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich (Must-have)
Erfahrung im operativen Einkauf sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in P2P- und RfX-Prozessen (Must-have)
Sicherer Umgang mit Beschaffungssystemen (z. B. SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua) und MS Office (Must-have)
Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten (Must-have)
Zertifizierungen in Beschaffungsprozessen (z. B. CIPS Level 2/3) sind von Vorteil
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (Must-have)
