Who we are looking for

• Consultant - Procurement Team (MM&Ariba knowledge) 
• As a Procurement Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering strategic solutions and ensuring efficient procurement processes for our clients. This position requires a deeper proficiency and the ability to operate independently on certain topics, focusing on SAP MM and Ariba modules. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Consulting Expertise: Provide advice on procurement processes, leveraging in-depth knowledge of SAP MM and Ariba to address client needs. 
• Process Optimization: assess, design, and implement procurement processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices. 
• Integration Support (nice to have): Facilitate smooth integration between MM and Ariba solutions, addressing cross-functional requirements. 
• Client Engagement: Actively participate at client discussions, understand their business challenges, and offer tailored solutions. 
• Knowledge Transfer: Mentor junior team members and share insights to build collective expertise within the team. 

Required Skills and Experience: 

• Proven expertise in SAP MM and Ariba modules. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a consultative approach to identifying and implementing solutions. 
• Ability to work independently on certain topics and manage complex tasks with minimal supervision. 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 
• Previous experience in process improvement, support or system integration projects.

Your future role

• Work closely with business units to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives. 
• Translate business requirements into SAP functional and technical specifications. 
• Configure, test, and implement SAP solutions that meet business requirements. 
• Provide end-user training and support, including troubleshooting and problem resolution. 
• Ensure SAP operations comply with regulatory and organizational policies. 
• Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze trade-offs. 
• Monitor and report on SAP system performance. 
• Assist in change management procedures, requirements and policies. 
• Stay updated with the latest SAP products, services and strategies.
