Your team

You will join a strategic AI transformation initiative focused on defining, scaling, and operationalizing AI-powered delivery practices across the organization and customer engagements.

Working closely with Delivery Managers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders, you will act as a trusted AI expert and change leader, ensuring the successful adoption of AI tools, practices, and ways of working. You will help establish AI delivery standards, measure their impact through meaningful metrics, and guide teams in leveraging AI to improve productivity, delivery performance, workforce effectiveness, and customer value.

As a key driver of this transformation, you will shape how delivery organizations evolve in an AI-enabled environment, influencing processes, roles, team structures, and future workforce models while helping project teams successfully adopt and scale AI best practices across engagements.

Responsibilities

• Define, establish, and continuously evolve AI delivery best practices: for Delivery Managers community across the organization.
• Lead the rollout and adoption of AI-powered ways of working: across projects, programs, and customer engagements.
• Act as a trusted advisor and coach for delivery teams:  helping them leverage AI tools, agents, and automation capabilities to improve productivity and delivery outcomes.
• Measure and track AI adoption, effectiveness, and business impact: through relevant KPIs, dashboards, and success metrics.
• Identify opportunities to embed AI into delivery processes: governance, reporting, planning, risk management, and day-to-day project execution.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and delivery leadership teams: to understand how AI influences software delivery, team structures, workforce planning, and operating models.
• Assess the impact of AI on roles, responsibilities, skills, and project staffing: providing recommendations for future workforce evolution.
• Drive organizational change:  by promoting AI adoption, sharing success stories, and ensuring consistent execution of AI best practices across teams and customer accounts.
• Partner with stakeholders: to translate emerging AI capabilities into practical, scalable solutions that create measurable business value.
• Stay ahead of AI industry trends, tools, and delivery practices: ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of AI-enabled delivery excellence.

Qualifications

Must have

• 7+ years of experience in coordinating complex IT projects, programs or portfolios across multiple teams, stakeholders, and delivery streams.
• Comprehensive knowledge and practical application of Project Management methodologies.
• Strong background in software development environments and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience with delivery management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, release management, software architecture, APIs, system integrations, and microservices.
• Strong capabilities in governance, stakeholder management, roadmap planning, dependency management, and risk mitigation.
• Data-driven mindset with experience defining and utilizing KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Extensive practical experience using AI technologies to improve project delivery, team productivity, decision-making, or business outcomes.
• Proven ability to define, implement, and scale AI best practices across teams, projects, or organizations.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI capabilities, limitations, risks, and enterprise adoption considerations.
• Ability to assess and influence the impact of AI on delivery processes, workforce composition, operating models, and project performance.
• Fluent in written and spoken English 

Nice to have

• Experience leading AI transformation, AI rollout, or organizational AI adoption initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents, workflow automation, and AI-powered productivity tools.
• Experience coaching Delivery Managers in adopting AI-enabled ways of working.
• Experience measuring and reporting AI adoption through productivity, quality, and business impact metrics.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted software engineering and AI-enabled delivery practices
• PMP, Prince2, SAFe, Scrum, or similar certifications.
