For our client, an American company, the largest software producer in the world we are searching for a Business Operations Manager.

Descriere

Driving the organization's Rhythm of Business (ROB), ensuring effective planning, governance and execution of business priorities;
Coordinating business review meetings, executive reporting and operational planning across multiple stakeholders;
Translating strategic objectives into actionable execution plans while ensuring alignment across teams;
Monitoring business performance through KPIs, scorecards and operational metrics, proposing corrective actions where necessary;
Leading leadership planning processes and ensuring integration with corporate planning cycles;
Supporting budget planning, forecasting and financial governance together with Finance and Procurement teams;
Monitoring budget utilization, headcount planning and resource allocation while ensuring financial discipline;
Preparing executive presentations, business updates, reports and strategic communications for senior leadership;
Developing executive messaging, leadership communications and organizational updates;
Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on business priorities, operational effectiveness and organizational strategy;
Managing executive calendars, priorities, follow-up actions and key stakeholder interactions where required;
Driving cross-functional strategic initiatives and business transformation projects;
Collaborating with HR to support organizational health, employee engagement, culture and inclusion initiatives;
Coordinating compliance, governance and business process improvements across the organization;
Leading special projects requiring coordination across multiple departments and international teams;
Ensuring continuous improvement of operational processes, governance frameworks and business management practices.

Cerințe

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Computer Science or another relevant field;
Minimum 6 years of experience in Business Management, Business Operations, Strategy, Project Management, Financial Planning, Operations Management or similar business-related roles;
Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams within complex, matrix organizations;
Strong financial planning, budgeting and forecasting knowledge;
Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and driving organizational initiatives;
Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills;
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate strategy into execution;
Experience preparing executive-level presentations, reports and business communications;
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills;
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities simultaneously;
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
