Job Title: Business Development Manager - PV Sales (C&I)
Job Location: Bucharest, Romania
Main Responsibilities:
Define and implement strategic sales directions aligned with both customer needs and Huawei’s objectives.
Oversee sales operations, project delivery, and customer relationship development across Romania.
Drive brand positioning and messaging to establish Huawei as a leader in the solar and energy storage sector.
Initiate and manage strategic partnerships with solar inverter manufacturers, developers, and general contractors.
Identify and secure key solar and BESS projects, ensuring successful site trials, customer breakthroughs, and satisfaction.
Develop and expand client relationships while driving market share growth.
Lead project teams, promote Huawei’s core values, and foster continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Solid sales experience in the solar power sector, solar inverters and BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems).
Proven track record of direct client interaction and securing high-value projects in the utilities sector.
Excellent communication skills and strong technical knowledge, coupled with a dynamic approach to sales.
Success-oriented; prior management or team leadership experience is essential.
Comfortable with frequent business travel and working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Renewable Energy, or Business Administration.
Strong affinity for technical products and renewable energy solutions.
Fluent in English and Romanian.
